In the 18 months that Madden has been with Real, she has transformed the company’s external marketing, brand and communications, and strengthened Real’s agent community through a regular cadence of in-person and virtual educational and networking events.
Real is the fastest growing publicly traded brokerage, an environment that Madden has experience in, and one in which she excels. She led the marketing efforts at StubHub and Rodan & Fields during both companies’ highest growth moments, where it was important to scale and implement processes to help sustain growth. She has successfully used this experience to help Real grow.
Over the past year, Madden led a brand refresh that culminated in an elevated, bold and consistent look across all of the company’s marketing channels from agent signage, property flyers and business cards to a new corporate website. The work included modifying the Real logo, introducing new colors and brand positioning as the real estate experience company, which communicates Real’s vision to simplify life’s most complex transaction by creating a simple solution that combines every touchpoint in the home buying and selling process into a single, seamless experience. In conjunction with the brand update, Madden introduced a new visual system based on brackets that represent the blueprint of a home, making the Real brand fresh, cutting-edge and distinguishable anywhere. She also launched the company’s first Marketing Center that gives agents easy access to templates and other marketing materials.
