As Director, Digital Lending and Marketing, Robin Clayton leads the performance marketing team at Paramount Residential Mortgage Group’s (PRMG) which uses a metric-based approach to track and generate ROI derived from digital marketing activities. Recognized as a 2023 HousingWire Woman of Influence, Clayton continues to demonstrate her prowess in the digital mortgage space. As a leader, everything she does is driven by a passion for helping loan originators serve for success.

Between 2023 and 2024, Clayton demonstrated through an in-depth marketing technology ROI analysis that originators who embrace technology and use most of the marketing platforms available in PRMG’s tech-stack are far more successful statistically, with five times the loan applications and nearly 10 times more fundings on average versus those that are using three systems or less. These metrics have proven to be revealing and beneficial — especially as PRMG continues to leverage its digital marketing technology to further drive production and overall performance.

In the last 12 months Clayton has helped support all three of PRMG’s sales channels. She is actively involved in training originators, branch managers and wholesale account executives to utilize the platforms we have curated at PRMG. This includes creating multiple integrations of vendor technology seamlessly within the dashboard — all of which are in alignment with company initiatives set forth by ownership and senior leadership.
