What is one habit that has helped you succeed?
On a daily basis, I try to attack each task like it’s the most important item of the day. From an origination standpoint, this means treating each loan like it’s the only loan I have, which translates to clients feeling like their loan is always my top priority. From a prospecting perspective, I approach each day like there are no loans in my pipeline which pushes me to always focus on new business regardless of how big my pipeline may be.
From a leadership standpoint, this means being my teams biggest advocate, pushing them to succeed, and always being in their corner. I am personally invested in each member of my team, and it’s a priority for me to ensure they feel that support each and every day.
