Jessica Evett’s 20+ year career has centered around understanding operational business process inefficiencies and driving organization strategy to address opportunities to move companies closer to their goals. In this pursuit, she has served as a product, project and technology leader for leading mortgage lenders, including Bank of America, Mr. Cooper and other leading Fortune 500 firms. From implementing call center operation platforms and teams, to end user day-to-day optimization solutions and new operational concepts like knowledge management, to customer self-service and digital solutions, she has been in all phases and facets of transformational change.
Since joining Cloudvirga in 2022, Evett has established herself as an agent of transformational change. She oversees product and all facets of IT. She has restructured and reestablished these teams’ delivery approach and culture, including a shift to Agile delivery. Evett and her team work together to establish a technology modernization roadmap and improved product feature roadmap to align scalability and best-in-class tech practices with market needs and high value feature enhancements.
Under Evett’s leadership, the company has recently introduced several enhancements to its industry-leading POS solutions. These include a new dashboard feature in both the retail and TPO versions of Horizon POS, enabling originators, brokers and managers to track pipeline activity and receive actionable prompts to close more loans and improve the borrower experience. Additionally, the company expanded its integration with Informative Research’s verification platform, providing originators with comprehensive employment and income data. A new integration with Fannie Mae’s Desktop Underwriter includes early assessment enhancement, significantly streamlining the lender prequalification process.
