What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever received?

Find a reason to love your teammates and play to people’s strengths. It can be so easy to focus on someone’s weaknesses, but that isn’t going to do either of you any good. Focus on what makes that person great, love them for it, and put them in a position to succeed based on those traits.
