As president of CubiCasa, Jeff Allen is leading the company on its ambitious mission to get a floor plan attached to every listing in the United States. The company’s growth over the last two years is a result of fast product innovation, deep industry partnerships and a relentless focus on the mission.
Under Allen’s leadership, CubiCasa has grown its estimated share of U.S. real estate listings from 2.3% at the start of 2022 to almost 20% in July 2024. Almost 2,000 real estate photographers have signed up for CubiCasa’s Preferred Partnership program to partake in the “Floor Plan on Every Listing” mission. Additionally, 65 MLSs have signed up for partnerships in the last 18 months to promote Floor Plan adoption to their agent populations.
Allen leads the company’s mission and daily execution. With a small team that has tight alignment and relentless focus, Allen creates an environment of speed and ambition. With CubiCasa Tour launching in September, the industry will now have a way to create an immersive, interactive property tour experience from only a five-minute smartphone scan.
What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever received?
“Don’t admire the problem.” In other words, it can be tempting to notice how “interesting” a problem is and then stop there, or become paralyzed by the complexity of the decisions involved. The key is to move fast to come up with “solutions” and then learn and iterate from there.
