For Class Valuation and its stakeholders, this has resulted in a suite of offerings that speed up the appraisal process. With the launch of products like Smart QC and Smart Assign, they have greatly reduced the manual efforts involved in appraisals.
Through the development of Smart Assign, Shah and his team have eliminated the sometimes time-consuming step of manually assigning appraisers to an order. For example, if lenders want to win with speed in a certain market, Smart Assign allows them to prioritize appraisers by their average turn time. If they want to win with best quality in a certain market, they can prioritize appraisers with lowest addendum rates.
Shah also oversees the development of Smart QC, further automating the QC process and streamlining appraisals.
