Throughout her career, Tyler has consistently proven herself as one of the top leaders in real estate and title insurance. Under her leadership of First American Title’s National Commercial Services (NCS) division from 2006 to 2021, the operating revenue of the nationwide commercial real estate title and settlement business more than doubled. She was the first woman to reach the executive vice president level in the company’s history, and, as divisional president, she was responsible for operations, planning, strategy and innovation.

Tyler’s contributions to women in the industry were recognized in 2021 with Linkage’s Women in Leadership Executive Impact Award, GlobeSt. Woman of Influence award in 2022, and in 2023, she was announced as only the tenth inductee to the Commercial Real Estate Women Network’s (CREW) Exclusive Circle of Excellence, an elite group of commercial real estate leaders who have demonstrated excellence and integrity. Creating “to-do lists!” I am hyper-focused on organization and it’s the only way I can get everything accomplished that I need to.
