What is one habit you swear by?
Starting the day before everybody else. I find that the discipline of waking up early, really early, allows for uninterrupted time for self-improvement. For me, it’s being able to engage and read up on subjects that I find interesting. Additionally, you get more done in this time because it’s uninterrupted, no phone or text messages, no emails, and nobody knocking at your door.
