With home sales at their lowest levels in more than a decade, much of Real’s growth over the past 12 months can be attributed to its ability to attract new agents to the platform. In 2023, Real was the only publicly traded brokerage to see growth across the board (revenue, transaction count and adjusted EBITDA). This continued in 2024, with earnings growth in Q1 (the most recent reporting period) and adding approximately 1,000 agents monthly during the first six months of the year.
