As a dedicated advocate for affordable housing and a mentor to rising real estate professionals, Danielle Andrews has empowered countless individuals to achieve homeownership and built strong community partnerships. Her innovative approaches and unwavering commitment to client success have driven significant growth in the real estate industry. 

Over the past 12 months, Andrews has spearheaded several initiatives demonstrating professional excellence and leadership within Realty ONE Group Next Generation. In the area of affordable housing, she continued her service as a five year member of the Tallahassee Lenders Consortium’s Realtor Partnership program. This year, she was the second Realtor to help a first-time homebuyer purchase through the innovative community land trust program. 

As a leader, Andrews is passionate, fierce, dedicated and extremely hardworking. She has grown the Realty ONE Group Next Generation office to 30 agents, with the bulk of those agents being added in the last 12 months. Andrews has personally helped more than 80 families achieve their real estate dreams. In addition to helping her agents close 125 transactions and $25 million in sales volume. She leads new agent training weekly, recruits and attracts all of the agents within the company and consistently works to bring new opportunities to the office.
