With nearly 25 years of mortgage experience, Delores Lopez has whole-heartedly dedicated her career to making a meaningful impact in the industry through her exceptional leadership, detail-oriented expertise and purpose-driven attitude. Serving as Titan Bank’s EVP of Mortgage Operations, Lopez is responsible for driving profitability through the creation and oversight of all mortgage operations. She is without a doubt a mortgage trailblazer, helping Titan to navigate through the ever-changing environment while inspiring the next generation of industry leaders.

Lopez entered the mortgage business during college in the year 2000 and never looked back. She has a strong background and understanding in all areas of mortgage, including secondary marketing, operations, products and risk mitigation. Formerly at Supreme Lending, Lopez quickly and successfully proved her leadership excellence by holding several management positions and gaining a full understanding of the business end-to-end, from sales and origination to operations and post funding. In addition to her leadership responsibilities and day-to-day duties, Lopez has managed several key projects, such as implementing new technology and meeting the demand of regulatory changes.

Lopez has overseen all risk management teams including quality assurance, quality control, risk mitigation, transaction management, internal audit, fraud management, credit escalation and agency and warehouse audits. Under her strategic guidance, Lopez created an enhanced enterprise risk management program to oversee the integration of risk management in all areas of the company. By monitoring, identifying and mediating potential risk, she’s a key player in helping reduce costs and optimize revenue.
