She’s been instrumental to the growth and success of the nation’s third-largest Realtor association throughout her eight years as CEO, having spearheaded two successful and unprecedented mergers, one of which was the largest in National Association of Realtors history. Among Hall’s major achievements in the last year is the evolution and continued success of the Only a Realtor campaign — an award-winning, multi-faceted marketing campaign that aims to reinforce the essential role of a Realtor and invest in the future of its industry in a year where that concept was buried beneath seismic waves of industry changes. 2023 marked the launch of the campaign’s latest commercial, Box of Memories, which highlights the transitional years in empty nesters’ lives as they sell the home they’ve watched their family grow up in. The award-winning commercial, which garnered more than 11 million impressions, speaks to the growing number of empty nesters in the South Florida market and emphasizes the dedication REALTORS® provide by being invested in their clients’ families and futures. 

Since its inception in 2022, Hall and the Broward, Palm Beaches & St. Lucie Realtors knew the Only a Realtor campaign would be most effective with the collective support of industry peers. Hall continues to invest in the future of the real estate industry by licensing the Only a Realtor campaign to fellow associations throughout the country to create a national movement, reinforcing the essential role of Realtors.
