At Figure, Frommer has been responsible for guiding an over 400 person organization to deliver product innovation, development and execution. She leads Figure’s efforts surrounding its proprietary D2C, B2B, and B2B2C technology offerings including Figure’s Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC) product, which has enabled over 100,000 households across 47 states to unlock more than $9.5 billion in equity from their homes.
Additionally, Frommer has played a key role in developing Figure’s culture. She strongly believes in empowering the next generation of female leaders and provides mentorship and advice to women within Figure as well as women seeking to enter the industry. Figure currently has 42.6% female employees, with 40% representing leadership positions (director and above). This is well above the national average for tech companies (33%) and it is in large part to Frommer’s steadfast leadership.
