Jones is a seasoned housing advocate with extensive expertise in the mortgage industry and personal experiences that reinforces her passion to create a more equitable and sustainable housing finance system for renters, aspiring homebuyers and homeowners. Since joining Fannie Mae, she has held various leadership roles that included product development and management of the Single-Family suite of affordable mortgage products, strategic customer, and technology solution provider management, development and launch of the single-family go-to-market and sales enablement capabilities for Fannie Mae’s loan quality and digital transformation efforts, among other key positions, that collectively prepared her for her current role.

In her role, Jones developed and published the first data-driven consumer housing journey framework that aims to unify Fannie Mae employees and industry partners around a structured problem-solving approach for prioritizing work and driving focus on housing equity and stability key obstacles that are integral objectives within Fannie Mae’s corporate strategy. Jones championed the use of the consumer housing journey to inform the actions within Fannie Mae’s inaugural three-year Equitable Housing Finance Plan, demonstrating Fannie Mae’s public commitment to remediating key obstacles to housing and long-term homeownership opportunities where Fannie Mae can have the greatest impact.
