Liz Gehringer is the driving force for growth in the real estate industry, striving for more opportunities for future homeowners and serving as a powerful advocate for underrepresented communities. As President and Chief Executive Officer of Anywhere Franchise Brands, Gehringer is responsible for overseeing strategic growth and operations for Coldwell Banker Affiliates, Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, CENTURY 21 and ERA Real Estate. She is also one of the company’s most vocal champions for how Anywhere creates opportunities for ethnic and racial minorities, women, LGBTQAI+, veterans and others.

Having a multifaceted background in ethics and compliance, law, and franchise operations and sales, Gehringer has a holistic view enabling her to spearhead many initiatives, including a corporate ethics program, that challenge the norms, identify gaps and pursue solutions to move real estate to what’s next. In addition to leading the creation of the Anywhere ethics and compliance program, she also is a trusted and valued partner for diversity, equality and inclusion within real estate. This past year, she has championed for homeownership equality and growth for Hispanic, Black Americans, Asian Americans and the LGBTQAI+ communities, working closely with organizations like NAHREP, NAREP, AREAA, and The Alliance. She worked closely with teams from The Alliance, WomanUp, NAHREP and AREAA to advocate for the Stop Hate in Real Estate pledge — another testament to Gehringer’s acumen for bringing people together to enforce positive change.
