Natalka Falcomer, the chief real estate officer of Houseful, is a dynamic leader and real estate industry expert with thirteen years of experience as a lawyer, broker and executive. Falcomer led the real estate team, which drives connections between homebuyers and real estate agents, to impressive growth in the last year. Through her philanthropic efforts, Falcomer works to support the next generation of real estate professionals.
An award-winning real estate leader, Falcomer has spent her more than 13 year career working to make homeownership achievable for as many Canadians as possible. Falcomer began her career as a lawyer, before cutting her teeth in real estate at a private startup. There, she developed and led the leasing and property management divisions. Falcomer then launched and sold a successful law firm that provided flat rates, “pick and choose” service options, and guaranteed turnaround times to clients. She even went on to host a popular show on Rogers TV; Toronto Speaks Legal Advice.
Prior to stepping into her current role, Falcomer was the Executive vice president of corporate development for a popular luxury real estate brokerage firm. Her mission was to build the brand’s visibility in all of Ontario’s luxury market, introduce value-added technology and boost revenue, while preserving the unique culture of the brokerage and services provided to the agents. In this role, Falcomer successfully hit these objectives and decided to leverage her experience to work closer with consumers, as the president of OJO Canada. Her work to build the OJO business in Canada was instrumental in the acquisition of OJO by Royal Bank of Canada (RBC) in early 2023. Over the past year, Falcomer has worked tirelessly to scale the platform to millions of Canadian homebuyers. She has done this through her partnership with Canadian real estate boards, investment in agent training and driving agent technology adoption.
