In the last year, DeVries led the enhanced flood integration with Encompass Partner Connect, an ICE Mortgage Technology solution that provides automated ordering for flood zone determinations based on milestones set by the lender along with added default ordering options, simplified document uploading, submittal of disputes and streamlined servicing transfers. DeVries served as a liaison between the Encompass by ICE Mortgage Technology team, ServiceLink and its clients to help them smoothly make the transition.
