Robyn LaVassaur’s journey from a 19-year-old temporary receptionist to executive vice president of sales at Summit Funding exemplifies her belief that women can have it all. Throughout her career, she has mentored hundreds of women, helping them build multimillion-dollar careers and thriving personal lives. Before becoming EVP of sales, LaVassaur was consistently the top female producer at Summit Funding, closing 682 units in her last year of production. Now, she directs Summit Funding’s nationwide sales force of over 200 loan officers, inspiring positive change through her volunteer work and podcast.

LaVassaur leads with passion and connection, always putting people first. Her ability to connect with her team while also holding them accountable to excellence is infectious — attracting growth-minded individuals who trust her with their career goals. Creating a standard of excellence while maintaining deep relationships produced a culture of high performance, propelling her branch to close almost $1 billion in production in 2022. LaVassaur has coached top producers nationwide for over ten years, and recently launched a podcast called The WILD Podcast with Robyn LaVassaur, where she hopes to inspire more women to pursue their dreams and provides practical advice, tactics and systems to achieve the success they desire.

LaVassaur creates a community wherever she goes. Whether she is leading a local women’s growth group where she mentors women in business and their personal lives, or serving abroad in impoverished communities, LaVassaur has a heart to serve. In February 2023, she went on her first mission trip to Guatemala to help serve at an orphanage called Casa De Mi Padre. This trip ignited a passion in LaVassaur to help these children and she has continued to visit the orphanage, bringing colleagues, friends and family to serve alongside her.
