Her north star is to marry people and technology to make what has historically been a very paper-intensive and often unpredictable and stressful process seamless for everyone involved — closing specialists, buyers and sellers, SFR investors, real estate agents and brokers and the multiple vendors associated with every transaction. 

Hernandez has overseen the development of Endpoint’s title and settlement operations platform that leverages the company’s proprietary technology to automate many of the redundant tasks associated with the closing process at scale. It’s this centralized operating model that allows Endpoint to serve the needs of proptech and SFR investors that are often buying and selling large amounts of homes across different geographies at one time. Since being named chief operating officer in 2023, she’s worked hand-in-hand with the product, design and engineering teams to take the platform to the next level. The result is a dynamic, intelligent workflow platform that creates more opportunities to provide clients with higher-touch services.
