Stephenie Flood has become a key leader not only at RE/MAX Gold and Gold Nation, but is recognized within the RE/MAX world as a visible leader. Through her efforts in creating The Juggernaut Podcast, MEC “Wins-Days” and the partnership with Children’s Miracle Network — which will lead to total donations in excess of $2 million dollars during 2023 — she has established herself as a leader and expert in speaking and motivating others both within RE/MAX Gold and Gold Nation and beyond.

Flood leads a team of dedicated directors and staff who oversee the relationship between RE/MAX Gold and Gold Nation’s real estate agents and the company. Oftentimes working on the operational side of the organization can be a quiet role with little praise and adulation received. However, Flood focuses on leading and cheering on a team of more than 70 administrators, transaction coordinators, accounting staff and directors to help take them to new levels of productivity and job satisfaction. She has created a culture that drives engagement within the employee population at the company’s service center that makes them want to come to the office. This is especially unique in the current state of the business world where remote working reigns supreme.

During 2023 as the newly named chief operating officer, Flood grew her reach to help with the organizational departments across six states. This level of involvement has led to greater productivity and shared resources being utilized in unique ways. She continues to focus on helping to develop her team to create opportunities for growth and promotion in all corners of Gold Nation. Her goal is to help generate the next generation of leaders and create a culture where a diverse population can advance and thrive.
